This Darling dress is made from a "unfiinshed" Quilt top.  What this basicaly means is the original creator pieced and stitched all the small pieces of fabric together but didn't add the batting, backing or finished quilt stitching it.  I found this and thought it would make the most adorable Lady Art Handmade quilt clothing piece.  This dress is unlined which means you can see for yourself all the stitching of the little quilt pieces.  This also helps to keep it light and airy and cooler.  

Designed by me, this dress features a full elastic neckline which can be worn up (as shown in the photos) or pulled down on the shoulders,  That's for you to decide.  

I would say in my opinion this best fits size Large/X-Large,  but please refer to measurements to ensure desired fit!

24 inches across the chest laying flat (40" bust) 

38 inches total length from shoulder to the hem line

Sleeve opening is 18" 

Care + Details: Spot clean, handwash in warm, and lay flat to dry.

This dress is made from a vintage quilt top so there may be imperfections such as small stains or holes, as is the nature of vintage textiles.  I do my best to mend or patch any imperfections that I find but also think these small blemishes lend to the history and character of these pieces.
