Size Small (4/6)  waist measures 13” across laying flat and stretches to 18”.  Length measures 39” from top of waist to hem line. Waist band is 3” wide. Can roll it some to adjust length 

Size Medium (8/10) waist measures 14” across laying flat and stretches to 20”.  Length measures 41” from top of waist to hem.  The waist band is also 6” wide so it has the potential of being rolled over to adjust the length.  Also has the potential to be worn as a strapless cover up/dress

Size Large (12/14) waist measures 16” across laying  flat and stretches to 22”.  Length measures 43” from top of waist to hem.  The waist band is also 6” wide so it has the potential of being rolled over to adjust the length.  Also has the potential to be worn as a strapless cover up/dress.
